A high-quality and varied menu is important not only for children. A properly adjusted diet gives us energy and prevents many diseases. But for Tibetan children, it is the same every day. Lentils, rice, noodles, sometimes soup. Few vegetables, few fruits, very little protein. At the same time, they are very important for the healthy development of the brain and the whole body.

How does it work?

We have been cooperating with the management of the Tibetan Homes Foundation (THF) for many years within the framework of Adoption ProTibet and other projects. Based on the food budget, we send money directly to their account. We then publish all the documentation and you can be warmed by the good feeling of well-fed children’s tummies.
