The March business trip to the Himalayan foothills with donors who went with us to visit their supported children and seniors was full of experiences after just a few days and everything just grew bigger.

A week-long meditation retreat in the Beskydy Mountains with Lama Stephan offers an opportunity to deepen your meditation practice. The created space and instruction, your own practice and sharing are a great opportunity to learn more about yourself.
16. 4. 2024 ProTibet Adoption – Tibet lives in exile
The Tibetan Homes Foundation is a true nest of Tibetan culture in exile. The Himalayan village provides a safe and loving environment for hundreds of children to learn about their culture in their own language. The children gain a new life and a better future.

After six years, we are opening a call for donors and supporters to go with the MOST team to projects in India.
