14. 7. 2025 Himalayan diary 2025 – Spiti
The valley of monasteries, still authentic original Tibet beyond the Tibetan borders, which is subject to change every year – the Spiti Valley. We have over 200 monks and nuns in adoption here and we regularly travel to the impressive world of Himalayan culture with donors. What did this year’s expedition to the Himalayas bring?
9. 7. 2025 Himalayan diary 2025 – Ladakh
The annual review of the Goat, Nutrition, School, Heating and Adoption projects traditionally falls to Jana. Updating the cooperation relations with the exile government and the testimonies of donors involved in the support are the main content of the Ladakh pilgrimage.

Thanks to donors, we managed to support dignified conditions for young monks and nuns. What did we achieve together in 2024?
26. 7. 2023 Prayers fying to the donors
The flags on one of the highest hills above Ki Monastery are decorated with rows of prayer flags. Monks here regularly perform smoke rituals and display flags on auspicious days.
19. 10. 2022 Clean water, half of the health – Spiti
High-quality drinking water is the very basis of health. Kaza, Rangri and Kowang monasteries ask us for help. They need new water filters.

A young monk from the Komik monastery needs 4 operations. A large birthmark on his head threatens him with cancer. He has to go.
5. 4. 2023 How do nuns from Kowang prosper?
The nuns from the Kowang monastery received a beautiful 319,000 CZK from us in 2022. What did they use the money for? What’s new with them? How are they?
