By providing your personal information you also grant your consent to MOST ProTibet o.p.s to process your personal information in order to inform about the activities of MOST ProTibet o.p.s, donation possibilities and their results, donor filing system and about the care provided to the donors. Personal data will not be provided to other persons.

Data we collect:

We collect your personal data when you browse our websites, register to use our services, use our on-line services, donate or contact us. We may use this data along with other information collected or generated during our relationship with you. We collect your contact information, information related to your using our services, donating, volunteering etc.

Furthermore we collect your personal data also using:

  • On-line forms and other on-line services we offer (some of these services may be administered by third parties on our behalf e.g. darujme.cz)
  • Communication protocols, e-mail communication, cookie files and other similar means
  • Your activities on social networks or other public data sources
  • Your interest in MOST ProTibet advertisements placed on third parties´ websites
  • Procedures, in which the data are provided by a third party, which is by law entitled to carry out transactions or provide services related to an account to your name. These are e.g. payment services providers.

Information provided by you and obtained from other persons will be used on the following legal basis and to the following legitimate purposes:

We use your personal data to provide our services to you  Information necessary for the performance of a contract with you or for taking steps to enter into a contract including donations and implementation of projects supporting Tibetan communities belong to this category. In order to implement the abovementioned projects we also administer data of persons outside of the EEA on a consensual basis.

We use your personal data for legal and compliance purposes such as establishing, exercising, or defending legal rights and claims, monitoring and reporting compliance issues and response to legal proceedings. This further includes retention of entries containing your personal data in accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation.

We use your personal data for legitimate business purposes: We use your personal data to analyse and improve our products, locations, services, operations, the running of our websites and your customer experience. This may include using your data to conduct market research surveys. We may also use your personal data to provide customer services and for implementation of other administrative tasks necessary for the provision of our services. We analyse the data we own in order to better understand our customers. We also create profile analyses, which help us target marketing campaigns and adjust our products and services to your needs and requirements. Based on your choices and contact details you provide to us, we distribute e-mail newsletters.

We use internet technologies like cookies and web beacons for such purposes as monitoring activity on our website, better understanding of the impact of our promotional campaigns and to identify whether you acted on our promotional messages, in case of registration also to improve the way the given service works.

As a general rule we also restrict data access only to those of our employees, agents and representatives, for whom the knowledge of such data is indispensable. If there is a reasonable need to do so for any of the purposes listed above, we may disclose your personal data or provide access to your data, which includes, but is not limited to, your name, address and transaction patterns.  We provide this kind of data to the following types of organisations and parties: transport companies, service providers, payment transfer providers, bank partners and data processors contracted to provide business services for us; foreign partner institutions we cooperate with on development projects.

We may also disclose your personal data globally, as required or permitted by applicable laws and regulations, to regulatory and financial authorities, law enforcement bodies, courts, governments or government agencies, to meet compliance and legal obligations or to assert or defend the rights and interests of the organisation.

International transfer

We transfer your information to third parties in countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) only to the minimum extent necessary to ensure the quality of services and based on the purpose of our organisation which is to facilitate international development cooperation. This means specifically the project Adopce ProTibet (Pro Tibet Long Distance Adoptions), volunteering activities, facilitation of international communication. The extent of data transfer is stipulated in the donor contract.

Choice and opt-out

Subject to your choices and based on the contact details you provide, we may send you information materials about our projects. This may include information provided via e-mail, telephone, post, SMS, social media and other communication or digital channels. You can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time. Your personal information will be retained solely as long as necessary for the specific purposes it was collected, or to resolve any query you may raise.

You have the right to request discontinuation of our sending marketing communications to you. You have the right to ask us to correct data about you that is incomplete, inaccurate or out-of-date. You have the right to ask us to delete certain data about you, to restrict certain uses of data relating to you, and also to object to certain uses of it.
